Building the Pillars for Agile Outcomes through Transparency, Accountability and Predictability

Agile Transformation efforts have been running full steam now for well over 10 years with precious little real change delivered to the entire organization.

There is a reason for this and it revolves around the fact that virtually all of the Agile efforts are centered around improving Software Development.  

Changing the way we develop software is a great endeavor but what we have failed to realize is that in fact we need the entire organization to change to an Agile paradigm.

The frameworks that we leverage today such as:

1. Scrum

2. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

3. LeSS - Large Scale Scrum

4. XP

Are not sufficient to effectively change your entire organization because these frameworks are optimized for software development and focus on changing the flow of work to your development group.  

This change in flow is where Agile has failed as to change flow requires a change to how the organization operates.

At SoundAgile we have developed an approach that focuses on organizational behaviors of:

Tranparency ---->  Accountability ----> Predictablity

Though we can leverage Agile frameworks they will not on there own change effect the amount of change necessary to bring about an organizational change to Agile.  

TAP to change incorporates organizational change management that incorporates, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Change Management and Organizational Design.
